The journey of PeopleSense commenced in 2011 with a diverse range of services encompassing recruitment, training, management, and psychometric testing, all originating from our inaugural office in Bhayander. Acknowledging our inherent proficiency in recruitment, we opted to concentrate our efforts exclusively in this domain, prompting a strategic relocation to Bhayandar. With time, our scope broadened to encompass a multitude of sectors including healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, and IT. To better address the unique needs of these industries, we established specialized teams for each vertical and transitioned to a larger office space in Andheri. It was here that we expanded our services to include executive search and confidential mandates. Throughout this evolutionary phase, our unwavering commitment to excellence led us to invest in continuous training for our team, facilitated by top industry experts and mentors, thus enabling us to consistently deliver unparalleled service to our esteemed clients. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, we made a strategic decision to establish our presence in Malad, where we have meticulously curated a dedicated space capable of accommodating up to 24 team members. This relocation marks another milestone in our journey, underscoring our dedication to growth and adaptability in the face of changing circumstances.

Amit Jain

Amit, the visionary founder of PeopleSense, brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, global experience, and sharp intellectual capabilities to the company. A graduate in Business Management, he pursued a Diploma in International Business & Finance, followed by an MBA from SCMLD, Pune, to sharpen his strategic business acumen. Amit’s exceptional memory skills earned him a place in the Limca Book of Records and the prestigious Guinness World Records, showcasing his remarkable sharpness of mind. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, he is also a national-level badminton player, reflecting his competitive drive and discipline. Amit began his career in the field of psychometric assessments with a leading UK-based multinational corporation. This role laid the foundation for his deep expertise in talent assessments. Later, he expanded his knowledge and skills while working with a global organization, where he gained extensive experience in HR consulting, assessment practices, and HR compliance. Through these roles, he developed a comprehensive understanding of how to support organizations in optimizing their human resources and talent management processes. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, Amit ventured into the food and travel industries. Though both businesses eventually closed, these ventures proved to be valuable learning experiences, contributing to his resilience and deep understanding of business operations. In 2011, Amit founded PeopleSense with the vision of creating a company that delivers innovative, effective HR solutions. Under his leadership, PeopleSense has grown steadily, offering services such as Executive Search, Talent Mapping, Recruitment for Professionals and Skill-Based Roles, and Lateral Hiring, helping organizations build strong teams and achieve success.

Nikita Jain

Nikita Jain is the co-founder of PeopleSense, an organization she helped reshape and grow after joining in 2017 during a pivotal restructuring phase. Initially from a small city in Rajasthan, Nikita completed her graduation in commerce and a Diploma in Aviation from the prestigious Frankfinn Institute. Her professional journey began with experience in a recruitment firm, followed by a stint in the media industry. In 2017, she embarked on her second career chapter by taking a leadership role at PeopleSense, where she pioneered the development of clinical recruitment services. This strategic move played a crucial role in establishing PeopleSense as a strong, recognizable brand in the industry. Over the years, Nikita has continued to drive the company’s success by nurturing internal talent, ensuring operational efficiency, and playing a key role in enhancing the brand positioning of PeopleSense. Her efforts have been instrumental in making the organization stand out in a competitive market.
